WORK EXPERIENCE

2001 - 2003: PT breeding farm production supervisor staff. Multibreeder Adirama Indonesia (Japfa Group) - parent stock unit to produce DOC (Day Old Chick) broiler & laying hen

2003 - 2009: Territory Manager (TM ) PT. Cargill Indonesia - poultry feed marketing staff for the Kediri, Malang to Banyuwangi areas

2009 - 2012: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) PT. Cargill Indonesia: supervises several Territory Managers (TM) in the poultry feed marketing area of PT. Cargill Indonesia, East Java region-1 (Malang - Blitar - Kediri - Pantura Jatim - East Java - Bali - NTB - NTT)

2012 - 2016: Sales Manager (SM) PT. Cargill Indonesia - new business unit in the development of ruminant feed factories - non-poultry large animals (cattle, goats, sheep, horses, etc.). Responsible for all operations of the new factory and directly supervises marketing/sales staff for large non-poultry animal feed, nationally. Many collaborate on ruminant animal feed procurement projects with the government in several Related Services as well as the government's Technical Implementation Unit in the livestock sector. Also collaborates a lot with milk cooperatives under the guidance of IPS (Milk Processing Industry) such as cooperatives under the guidance of PT. Nestle Indonesia, PT. Danone Dairy Indonesia, and several other IPS.

2016 - 2017: Sales Manager (SM) PT. Cargill Indonesia - again leads the marketing of poultry feed for the entire East Java - Bali - NTB - NTT region.

2017 - 2018: National Commercial Manager (Layer Farm) - led the poultry feed marketing team, specifically for the laying hen farmer segment who kept their own cages (direct layer farm) throughout Indonesia

2018 - 2021: Self-employed in trading (selling) animal feed

2021 - present: as President Director & owner of PT. Indonesian Agrocommerce Champion, which operates in the field of trading poultry, ruminant and other animal feed, as well as developing sheep breeding production units.
